Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel

Unfortunately this hotel is slowly dying, It’s not what it used to be just a few years ago. Stayed for 2 nights, In both rooms we stayed in the furniture was worn out and the carpet was dirty even though these are “deluxe recently renovated rooms”. No valet parking no bellboy, room service is not available during dinner due to “staff shortage”. ( you have to call many times for them to answer ) I asked for an electric adapter the first night they refused to send me one the next day I asked someone else he provide me with 2 All the old mangers and staff members aren’t there anymore, the current staff have difficulty in anything you request even if you forget/lose your room key/card. ( they don’t provide you with a new one, they send you someone to open with the master key). Breakfast was a big joke, the Lebanese restaurant was just acceptable. I reserved one of the ballrooms for an event. (the service was non existent they provided 1 employee to serve 300 ++ people. Fortunately his manager came down to help him towards the end) This hotel has all the potential to strive but unfortunately is failing to do so.

Very nice hotel, well equipped and served. The staff are friendly and more than welcoming. Breakfast is good with a nice variety.

Quite place and have outdoor and indoor setting more than beautiful and weather is great You will enjoy your visit Nice menu having fantastic food with too much dishes options The ice cream is fantastic Food and sweet more than beautiful

I have attended two events at their hall (Al-Samar Hall) and everything thing was exceptional, the hall design is suitable for all types of events including but not limited to weddings, campaigns, conferences.. etc. they are also providing high-quality catering services such as refreshments. I recommend this hall for all kinds of events with high number of attendees. My appreciation to all staff there and wish to attend more events there.

Customer service is definitely worst I have ever seen ever & also poor WiFi. We have stayed here for a week for inspection work. We have asked to pack our food in the morning to carry on site, they pack the night leftover food in the box in morning. Also for dinner they ignore the hotel guest in restaurant, they will serve others first. I Don't recommend this hotel at all, also informed to our client not to book again.
