The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel. However, in my opinion, it's better than most 5-star "big brands". Cozy boutique hotel, superb location, clean, and service was fantastic. Hygiene was exceptional at the hotel. This is probably the first hotel I've been to where it was very evident that the carpets had been vacuumed. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place in or near Olaya.

The place is so nice. The food is superb, we had a sumptous dinner. The staff are accommodating. We will definitely come back. Excellent!

Hotel is in a nice central location. It is clean and housekeeping is good. Special mention for Samo, the housekeeping staff was very courteous and good at his work. Also I ordered spicy pizza last night and it was very good and like homemade. Thanks to the Chef. Hotel rates are bit high probably because of the season.

Great hotel. Friendly reception and polite, restaurant staff are cool. Special thanks to Aashiq at the restaurant for his extraordinary service. This is by far one of the best hotels I stayed within Riyadh.

Spent a week in the hotel and was very satisfied. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of varieties. Very fresh vege and fruits. The room is clean, and the bed is comfy. And a special thanks to our room service crew Rafiq and his team who doing a great job dedicated to keep the room clean.
