I have just checked out and honestly speaking all the staff were very polite and the place has a great location BUT during my stay the internet stopped working for 4 hours the bathroom had a noise problem and took a couple of hours to fix all the phones wouldn’t work so we had to repeatedly walk to the reception and complain and on the last night of our stay the electricity shut off for a couple of hours . I expected this place to be very luxury and professional but all they could offer is politeness with no follow ups just words .

Very luxurious with a professional service. Well experienced Elegant interior and polite .The design is too perfect in Braira's swimming pool . I’m so sad that i have to give it just 5 stars as it really deserve more.

If you going to Riyadh with your family/kids, you must visit Braira's swimming pool. The best ever. The rooms were large well designed, and has all day needs such as kitchen, large living room, dining table, and a small garden.
