Amazing hotel! The hotel’s lobby is beautiful. Rooms are big, modern and very comfy bed & pillows. Towels & linens are clean and have a good smell. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and a great space if you need to work. The hotel’s breakfast is great too! They also have a terrace with a cafe and shisha. Absolutely considering this hotel when coming to Dammam.

Very bad service. One minute after check out time, the staff came to our room with ATM machine to pay extra or leave the room. I’ve been to many hotels internationally but never seen anything like this. Will never come back again for sure and don’t recommended

The hotel is nightmare, the check in took almost 20 minutes even the lobby was empty and me only there, and this when started the worst night in hotel ever, I booked non-smoking room and they put me in smoker room, the toilet was broken and not working, I requested to change the room and they answered this not possible. I talk to booking and they take care of it and finally they change the room after 2 hours. I was ready to drop half the price and cancel this reservation. The worst thing is the Reception, if you call them to request smallest thing they will not do it. Now I'm stuck for almost 35 minutes waiting for someone to collect my bags, worst hotel ever, I will never come back to this hotel
