Braira Al Nakheel Hotel

I am compelled to write this review at 3:00 AM, unable to sleep, with the knowledge that I must be up for work in just three hours. Unfortunately, my stay has been consistently disrupted by nightly parties within the hotel, with the noise persisting well past midnight. Tonight has been particularly intolerable, as the disturbance shows no signs of abating even at 3:15 AM. For those who require a restful night's sleep or have early morning commitments, I cannot recommend this hotel. ———- Further communication is unnecessary, as your entire staff is already aware of the issue. I was unable to sleep and am completely exhausted due to your failure to fulfill the primary commitment owed to your guests: rest and comfort. I hope the benefits gleaned from hosting parties are worth the damage to the reputation your hotel has built over the years. While you possess exceptional staff and facilities worthy of five stars, this issue makes it impossible for me to recommend your hotel. Although this was not my first stay, but it will certainly be my last.

Went there from coupon to dine at their restaurant. First thing to mention and the reason why they are rated with only 1 star is that they lied with the menu offerings in their coupon's listing. They claimed that there was going to be Pasta, Indian, Taiwanese and Chinese dishes, non of which was actually present in the dinner's buffet. The only thing that was there was a very limited selection of BBQ and not the full station that was promised. The menu is honestly very limited for the asking price and the fact that they lie about it in their listing makes it a lot worse. The only thing that deserves credit was the excellent service and hospitality of some of the staff, unfortunately though one of the working chefs told my son to stop filling his dishes, despite it being an open buffet, which was honestly a shock and very unprofessional, this in my opinion deserves to be addressed ASAP. Overall a bad experience, which shall not be repeated till they improve their offerings and also teach their staff that an open buffet is an open buffet and clients shouldn't be told to not fill their dishes as they please.

Hello everyone, We couldn't sleep in this hotel where we stayed for 4 days because of the construction noise next building. The staff is very uninterested. They couldn't include the invoice. They asked me to pay for the broken door of my room. They are extremely disrespectful. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our company reserved an open buffet for lunch time and a full room area, nothing was tasty and they didn't refill even after talking to them many times, Some dishes were served only once like BBQ without refilling, and nothing new was placed instead, even starters and desserts were awful, the best thing was om ali , we all agreed on it

This hotel is not a place to sleep! ! ! sleeping there is not allowed! ! ! I stayed in this hotel several times and the same results. The room door locking system is very noisy, if your neighbor leaves his door open for a minute the door will start beeping loudly like a "Siren" and will for sure wake up everyone in the corridor. A Family stayed in the room next to me and the family memebers are divided into two rooms opposite to each other however the whole night the family members keep knocking at each others door, kids shouting in the corridor, kids playing in the corridor in front of my door, ringing the bell of my room until morning 06:00!. Even their parents shout too loud without any consideration to other guest neighbors, it is like they rented the whole hotel! I was there for business and not leisure. For two weeks I did not sleep. The room service staff themselves shout at night when they knock at the guest doors. Please hotel management tell your guests that they can rent a room but they are not allowed to sleep.
