Overall a nice hotel. They made some mistake with my passport at check-in and then instead of waiting till the morning, they decided to call me at midnight on my 2nd night. When I didn’t answer, they rang my doorbell 3x and then called again. I told them I’d bring the passport in the morning and they agreed. In the morning, they didn’t ask for the passport or apologize. Not a nice process.

The hotel location is ideal for business trip and leisure because of it is near to the air port and jeddha business center, the rooms are good and clean that met it's fair price.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the hotel is located on a busy street, and if you take a room facing the street, the noise will continue throughout the night The price is a little high, but it is useful for anyone who wants something for a short period

The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the major attractions in Jeddah. The amenities are well-maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel.
