Azade Hotel

Very nice experience and great staff! Especially Mert from reception, and the ladies from breakfast and housekeeping. The location of the hotel is the only disadvantage per my opinion, as unfortunately the whole area is totally touristic. However, all the sightseeing are 5 min away, so if someone is interested only in that, this location is very convenient.

Charming hotel at best location to walk to all the major old Istanbul attractions. Rooms were very clean and nice. The only drawback to our room was the bathroom. it was too small and old. Staff in the hotel were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make the stay more pleasurable. Their breakfast on the rooftop was excellent with variety of cold and hot food options and great view of Sultan Ahmad area. Overall we had great time and would book this hotel if visiting again.

The best hotel ever! location is prime, everything is around you, terrace on roof has a gorgeous view of the city and ocean! Customer service was the best i’ve received in my life, Mustafa and Mert treated us like family, we were sad leaving because we made friends in Istanbul. Mustafa always was willing to go out his way to help guide us around Istanbul and order tickets for us to a Turkish concert. The best of the best when i tell you, if you want the best experience when it comes to feeling like at home Azade is the best hotel for you!

Azade Hotel boasts old-world charm and atmosphere. Location is outstanding with a string of fine restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, comfortable, large, and quaint with woodwork and screen print panels. Our room of 6 nights had an incredible view of the sea. Prices are reasonable. Azade serves a full, delicious breakfast from 7:30 am - 10:30 am with an extensive variety of selections including coffees, juices, teas. Views from the rooftop enhances the dining experience. Service is outstanding. Staff at the front desk were most accommodating and provided contacts for side trips. Delightful cleaners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Friendly Azade staff made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for travellers who wish to be in the older, historic section of the city, close to the sea, outdoor restaurants, mosques and bazaars, all within walking distance. Our week at Azade Hotel was a memorable, relaxing experience.

We got them when we’ve been to Istanbul. It’s a nice stay, there was good roof top breakfast served with a view of blue mosque and bhosphorous. There were so many vegetable plants on the Terrace and I think they added more beauty and vibe
