housekeeping are not allowed to bring my order to my room !! According to them it’s a new policy!! (I have never seen before ) disappointed ☹️! And always not answering the phone!

This is our second time eating breakfast buffet. Our second time with our friends (total of 21 persons?) because our 1st experience was incredibly outstanding. Food, ambiance and service especially Mr. Sohan and other staff are superb♥️. Thank you so much?

Beautiful location. The staff are courteous, hotel is comfortable and cozy. I heard they are in process of renovations and after completion it will be amazing. The food in the restaurant is very tasty with great presentation. Props to the Chef and keep up the good work. ?

Had a great stay till the last day. Overall very nice hotel, nice big rooms with great facilities. They have a swimming pool and gym available. Beds are really comfortable and the pillows are the best. There was a few minor wear and tear issues. For example peeling paint in the bathroom room messy silicone at the bottom of the shower glass. Other minor paint peels and scratches. Coming on to check out day. We extended our check out time from 12pm to 3pm and this was confirmed, but it seemed that the information hadn't been updated or passed over. We received multiple calls from reception but our check out and felt extremely rushed. At one point we got a call at 2:30 saying our check out is at 3pm and we need to be in reception by 2:30.

Great location, superb view excellent hospitality by this gentleman Naeem and above average food quality . Recommended for the folks who would like to sit open air and enjoy a chat over coffee and smoke ( mentioning the cafe on first floor)
