Very bad. Firstly questioning our nationality. Why want to question when KSA is now open for tourism? Secondly, no privacy for ladies. We felt as if we’re being watched. It’s like there is camera in the room. This is not a hotel, it is a hostel. Thirdly, it was mentioned in the website that the rooms were soundproof. NOT AT ALL. Details in the website doesn’t match with situation in this hotel. Staffs no professionalism. Will never come back here or recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience.
