Perfect accommodation. The room is spacious, very clean, fresh smell,attractive interior, excellent wifi, perfect IPTV. Moreover the bathroom experience is wonderful, rain shower, bathtub, and luxury amenities. However, the mattress was not comfortable because it's for me very soft. Perfect place to stay.

I stayed there with my husband and 3 year old son for over a month at the residence side. The first night we stayed at a smaller unit and then we asked for another one so they moved us to another unit which was way more spacious. We loved and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were so friendly and considerate of our needs and patient with our son (especially during the buffet). The place was spotless clean and the kitchen has a microwave, stove, full-size fridge, oven, and a dishwasher. The windows are huge so you get an amazing view and a lot of sunlight. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet and it was good. We ordered room-service about ten times and we loved the variety of options their menu has. Overall, this will definitely be our #1 choice whenever we are in Jeddah!

Being a frequent and experienced traveler can tell you one of the best hotels in the region. Excellent in every step. Extremely professional people in each department. Perfect work of housekeeping, nice restaurant Pampas and lovely coffee shop down. Breakfast is over-some. Welcoming and positive attitude vibe. Appreciate the attention to details and and respect for privacy. Thank you for the great experience.

I had a great experience Hotel is very nice and cozy Rooms are clean with all the appliances needed for a stay Family friendly hotel with gym squash court and spa which gives your stay an energizing as well relaxing mood . Stuff is so friendly and helpful Food is really delicious and tasty The brunch every Friday from 2:00-6:00 pm is outstanding with lots of variety from different international cuisines
