I recently stayed at Art View Hotel Riyadh and had a very positive experience. The reservation manager, Nisreen, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a problem with my booking, but Nisreen went out of her way to resolve it. She was friendly, professional, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, Nisreen continued to be a great resource. She even offered me complimentary fresh juice and coffee! The entire Art View Hotel team was friendly and helpful, but Nisreen's service was truly exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel in Riyadh with excellent service, I highly recommend Art View Hotel. Thanks again to Nisreen and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Subject: Complaint about Recent Hotel Stay I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. It is evident that my instructions were not followed, and there was a lack of reflection on the hotel's part regarding the inconveniences I encountered. This has resulted in an extremely unpleasant experience for me. I had expected a certain level of service and attention to detail, which unfortunately was not met. The discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered have left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. The hotel experience was absolutely amazing. The staff are welcoming, the rooms are so modern and spacious, the food.. DONT get me started on the food!! It is absolutely delicious! Overall this hotel deserves five stars, it is one of my best experiences, and I would always recommend!💗

I had a training session for 7 days I had breakfast every day it was great choices. Snacks was good as well. Coffee and tea is available all times. The seating outside is amazing. Thanks

Good rooms, big and clean. The bathroom had a bit of a smell. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast was great.
