Could do better. cabinet door broken & not fixed when asked. No bedlinen & towel changes nor room cleaning on daily basis took place as stated on their website. Personal room safe had broken lock. therefore, I need to carry my personal documents & money wherever I go out in town .

Quite spacious rooms. Got everything that one need to have in a hotel room. Enough space for baggage. Washroom is also spacious. They even provide new tooth brushes, in case you forgot to bring. Shower area is bigger than many other 5 star hotels. Rooms are almost sound proof. There is also one iron with iron board. Fully air conditioned, even corridors and elevators. Complementary arabic tea at the reception area. Breakfast has many good options. Room Carpet is bit old but well cleaned. Over all good experience.

Fro me breakfast on top excellent. Clean property. Front desk- floor staff friendly and helpful. Worth for money.

Liked: Hotel is super clean, Oud and incenses with great smell are everywhere. Rooms are big, you have a praying mat and Mus'haf. You have enough coffee, tea, and sugar. The location is exactly 10 minutes from Masjid. You have many towels, shower, hair shampoo and toothpaste. Disliked: Although location is only 10 minutes from Masjid, the street is boring and no good restaurants out there. Also, Women's gates are far from the street.

The hotel is a little far from the Haram meaning that it takes approx. 15-20 minutes to walk to the Haram. That being said the rooms are large and spacious in comparison to a room that we stayed in Makkah (5* hotel). The breakfast selection is somewhat limited in my opinion so I only dinned there a couple of times. In terms of room service you have to leave your rubbish bin outside your room and ask the cleaners to come and clean the room - otherwise they won't come in. Now all this being said right next door is a laundry should you need to get clothes washed and pressed. They also turn around the clothes in 12 hours or less - I had a nosebleed to had blood on a tshirt and thobe, they managed to get the stains out of both. Next door to that is PESHAWAR RESTRAUNT - now to look at it from outside if you are from the UK you would probably be concerned about food hygiene ratings. But trust me me and my family had meals from there pretty much each day and the food was great. The chapli kebabs are awesome, you get a nan and raita, salad all for 7 sar. In the morning they do aloo (potatoe) paratha - they are amazing. The portions are huge I reckon one curry can feed 2 adults. Further down the road are two mini-supermarkets from where you can get disposable plates and plastic sheeting.
