Dec.8,2020- this reception send us to the room that was not yet clean...still garbage inside the bathroom,no change beddings,everything was not clean and the air conditioning is totally useless,very noisy!!!! How come the management provide room like this!!! Shame on you we pay exact money with unsatisfied room! And reason for them they dont have extra room? Are you kidding all your customers? shameeeed !!!

The rooms were dirty, there was no parking available. The staff speak no English, Urdu or Hindi. The food was horrible and there is a strange massage parlour downstairs. It's ok if you are looking for budget accommodation but this place certainly wasn't 3 star quality as described on Booking.com

We've been a constant costumer here in Al Salam Hotel. They should check all the maintenance of the said hotel. Like for example, the shower room is dirty. The water flows in the shower bath is too slow. No towels also.
