Great location, the rooms requires a little more touch of care, the beds are good, electricity and air conditioning are on point, free WiFi available, and overall price is a somehow reasonable, though it was higher than average past stays due to seasonal variation. Does not offer card payment on site, though on the door it says card - MADA- payment is acceptable here.

Good place to stay. Room needs regular maintenance works. But I enjoyed staying. There is guy his name Farra al herisi good guy even the guy who works in evening too. Your beloved Guest Mohammed Omar room 303.

Very bad service customer service number not response mony waste The staff are not polite. Wifi is there but doesn't get connected. The bathroom tub is dirty. There were small insects coming out of the cracks in the bath tub. They don't have room service at all. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options.

The staff are not polite. Wifi is there but doesn't get connected. The AC water leaks inside the room on the bed. Full night I couldn't sleep. The bathroom tub is dirty. There were small insects coming out of the cracks in the bath tub. They don't have room service at all. They don't have there own restaurant also. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options.

the area was good it is near the University and Malls the small thing that I may complain about was that there are no available slippers in the room although I asked for it and I think that they forgot it..but it's not a big deal...However I hope next time they will put it.Thanks for the service may God bless you and your team.
