Al Diafah Apartments Olaya

Hotel is not on the Main Road and without a sign mentioning the Name, it's a bit difficult to find for the first time. Parking is a difficult issue in the surrounding as there is Sulaiman Habib Hospital nearby which keeps most of the parking occupied. Rooms are spacious & apartment comes with Kitchen with fully functional stovetop, Microwave, refrigerator & a Washing machine. Overall a good stay if you want to walk around & shop or leisurely relax in cafe..

Clean and neat rooms. Staff service is good.

The apartments are clean.. the staff is very elegant.. close to services..there is the lack of kitchen utensils..the elevator needs maintenance..the car parks need maintenance..the area around the hotel is very crowded..suitable for families

Rooms are good from inside but you have to look for the receptionist and the hotel entrance has no sign

Decent Apartment It is in a very posh locality Lot of restaurants around and the Kingdom tower too is at walkable distance They have a dedicated basement parking-but its full most of the time as I think there are lot of people from outside parking there and the management needs to regulate that The way down to parking is also irritating as the lift doesn’t go down there There was no board indicating where the apartment is-we had to ask people around and there was construction going around which was a nuisance The staff seem so be lost and not having much knowledge The rooms are very spacious and tidy They have a kitchen with utensils and all cooking facilities There is a washing machine and refrigerator as well There is no drinking water provided for free There is a gym, spa and swimming pool Finally, will recommend this place if you love a big spacious room in city centre For those undergoing treatment in hospital, Dr Sulaiman Al-Habib hospital is just opposite to this apartment Also there is a supermarket downstairs
