I’d give it a 5-star. The place is clean, beautiful and new. I had arrived earlier than expected but the receptionist tried his best to occupy me and check me in. I appreciate it. The hotel is a 3star property and is under Boudl group of hotels which is very nice. I’d like to visit them whenever I am in Abha. The staff is friendly and location is easy to navigate.

The hotel is clean& fresh but the service is poor

Very new… professionally and skillfully designed according to high standards… my observation which is the reason of the 3 stars is the lack of management response… one of the negative things is the bad quality of the mattress… other drawbacks: on my 1st night, I was a given a room (408) that had a malfunctioning window that can’t be closed… as you can imagine, the noise from the highway was enough to interrupt my sleep multiple times… during my 2nd stay, I took a bigger and much better room (301)… during my inspection of the room, I discovered that the pillow cases were not fresh… it was very clear that they have used before and housekeeping decided to keep them which is a clear violation and misconduct by all means… I asked the staff to have their manager call me to raise my concerns but I got no response… the hotel management is absent
