One of our favourite places in Madinah. We always come back. Love most their dishes. Except for the salmon, its dry and bland. Overall very good prices with large portions. They have an outdoor seating option as well (when weather allows). They also have a lunch offer during the weekdays until 5 pm for 66 SR, which is what we got today. Staff are very friendly. Service is fast. They used to have a bigger menu with more options, but its much less now.

This is honest review from meat lover non local, the meat was average and cold. No wow factor. The service from Omari felix was brilliantly fast, always smiling and attentive. To come back? Will say no.

Nice venue with parking. Grubby tables and windows. The service was almost non existent. One of our meals was stone cold. Had to be replaced. Didn't enjoy the food. Surrounding factors made us feel queezy and unimpressed. Never going back to this Swiss House again. Definately overrated. Not recommended.

Nice food and prices were ok. The atmosphere was a bit dull. The wait staff were basically non-existent and never came to our table unless we went searching for them. One of our meals was also served cold. Don't think I would come back here again. Surely there are better restaurants to go to in Madinah.

The food was really good. We had steaks and salmon. The waiters and waitresses were especially accommodating. Especially Mr Felix. The mood and the lighting were also top notch.
