Amazing stay! Didn't need to ask for anything during my 2-3 days. Close to the Haram with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Friendly staff assisted with late check-out and kept my luggage safe for an extra day. Will definitely return!

Horrible experience! First off landed early and got to hotel at 4am and asked if we could pay for an extra day or an early check in. They said they had no rooms available( fair enough) for early check in but would give us the first room available. we left bags, prayed, and came back to hotel about 9am and sat in lobby. A huge group of travelers about 30ppl were leaving at that time so thought by 1/2pm a room should be ready, but kept being told there is no room ready which is ridiculous as that group left at about 9am. Had to keep going and asking if the room was ready and they kept saying no. We only managed to get a room 3:30pm, 12 hours LATER! But there were other people who were in the same position as us and amongst them was a very elderly couple who had flew 30hrs from Canada. There was no real concern for this. If they had told us we would have checked into another hotel until check in time so we could rest and not sit on a chair for 12 hours which wad the plan. I read reviews of similar experiences of others too so its not a one off thing. - 2ndly the room stinks! The pot hole in the bathroom has a nasty smell that doesn’t go away and makes the room smell so bad. Also read similar reviews so should have realized despite the ratings the comments left held more value. - 3rdly check out time was 12pm and the staff had the audacity to call us at 11am to remind us about checking out by 12pm. We already knew the check out time which was emphasized at check in. There was no reason to call our room. - 4th Breakfast was very simple. Only one meat product in the whole of the buffet looks like they are cutting out on meat for cost effectiveness is the only thing i can think of. All 3 days it was just one meat product and one of the days was just fish fingers. What made it worse is we paid for breakfast and they insisted it was for Iftar only and had to pull out proof of the booking for them to realize their mistake. Not professional - Only good thing would have been the proximity to Masjid Overall very poor and will NEVER come back or recommend for the price I paid for this hotel.

The staff at the hotel are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room is VERY small, with no space for luggage! Super tiny! The bathroom has a stink odor, there was some small flies in there. We survived for 2 nights! Thank God! Worst experience ever!!!!!

My daughter's back pack was kept in the lobby with her tab. Hotel staff packed it together with some other people items and it was taken by those people. From the hotel side they didn't do anything to find it even it is their fault .we lastly contacted the number of the tab with the person.he spoked to us and later we informed this to hotel mx and later the person spoked to hotel management and told he is coming to medina and he will handover to the reception it was not happen and reception staff even didn't try to call him and they told they cannot find the number of the guy. So we had to leave and we gave our numbers to the reception in case if he comes and hand over it to inform us .he went for umrah .this is his duty to hand over our property which is not belongs to him .we are waiting a response from the hotel.now we are flying to Oman.my daughter is so upset and sad .all her memories are in that tab. If u see this message please contact the hotel .they have pur contact number.please hand over to the hotel. You came on pilgrimage. You shouldn't take anything which is not belongs to you.
