ناندو. المطبخ الأفرو برتغالي. القصة هي أنه عندما يقوم صديقان ، فرناندو دوارتي وروبرت بروزين ، بزيارة مطعم أفرو-برتغالي يُدعى تشيكن لاند في جوهانسبرج ، جنوب إفريقيا ، يجربان الدجاج مع صلصة بيري بيري ويحبان الطعم.

اشتروا المطعم وأطلقوا عليه اسم Nando. في عام 1987. لديهم أكثر من 1200 منفذ في 35 دولة.

كما قلت من قبل ، فإن أحد أكثر الطلبات شيوعًا هو الدجاج المشوي مع صلصة بيري بيري. لديهم خمسة مستويات من الصلصة الحارة ولكل منهم أذواق مختلفة ، فهي لذيذة جدًا.

يمكنك طلب الدجاج بالبرك أو بدونه ، وهناك الكثير من الأطباق الجانبية مثل الخضار المشوية ، خبز الثوم ، ودجز البطاطس ، أتك.

Reviewing based on my personal experience only. Nando's Red Sea Mall branch is pretty huge. It's located at the second floor in a good spot that is easily accessible. Restaurant from inside is hygiene and atmosphere is cool. Staff are friendly and everything seems good. Only issue i faced is that food honestly doesn't taste the best. It's mid. Quality unfortunately doesn't match the price that i have paid for. It took almost 35 mins to get our food served. Cheese served with the salad is extremely raw and is inedible ??. It's very unfortunate for me to say this but i have enjoyed everything except for the main thing which is food. Not worth a visit.

I tried this brand in Dubai, Doha, and Kuwait. But the customer experience in this branch was not up to the standard. Nandos is an international restaurant but the experience at this branch was not. May be have to increase the personnel to enhance customer experience and expectations. I ordered two main dishes, one was served COLD and the other was half and half. There are a lot of customers but a few waiters, may be 2-3.

After my mishap from the last location @ Lillian towers I decided to go back to the first ever branch that opened in Jeddah. Even tho nandos management requested me to contact them and I refused to do so because I believe service should always be exceptional. To my surprise service @ Red Sea mall branch is slow but they make up for it by accommodating for special requests. The restaurant was out of fries and wedges due to the Eid rush which is understandable. We tried the new item which was on the menu which was very flavourful. Although I’m not a big fan of feta cheese but somehow liked it.

The food and service was amazing, it is the best chicken meal you can have in town. We ordered the flamed grilled chicken and espatada, its better to order their mild flavour and later you can modify with sauces according to your liking.
