Perfect choice if u need to stay beside the airport and the mall of arabia is around. Clean rooms and staff very helpful. I like the food and breakfast was fresh. they even had a hot pancake machine. Diffently staying there again. Jeddah is very nice place.

This is the worst experience I have had with them ever. 1st they put me in their new building and to go there I was escorted with the concierge through a worker’s corridor that is smelly and dirty and took mw through the back area 2nd when entering the new building it was properly furnished yet the stench was awful it they told me it is due to some maintenance, it was disgusting. 3rd they didn’t even tell me how to connect to the internet, the process is different than what is stated on the card they could at least inform me before hand. 4th there was no Hot on the shower even thought it there was hot water on the sink taps. 5th when leaving to check out (or even to access the main building to have breakfast) they access code they gave me to use from the back area didn’t work, I had to walk around the whole block to go into the main building. 6th the breakfast buffet selection is the poorest between all IHG hotels I barely took some eggs n water. And lastly when checking out the receptionist didn’t even ask for my feedback on the stay. The only positive point is that the room was new other than that I will surely request not to stay in this hotel again.

The overall service is superb! Unbelievable hospitality! Stayed here for one night and the staffs were so accommodating. The front desk greeted me when I arrive and even offered a late check out so that I can stay a bit longer for my virtual calls. On top of that, the bellman was always smiling and the service was beyond expectations! Mr. Taradal! Amazing!

It was an ok experience. Rooms need renovations and more attention to the cleanness of some parts in the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect near to the airport and many malls.

Highly recommended hotel for long or short stay. I have been this hotel for short and long both stay. Very polite and helpful staff, quality of food and environment is amazing. It's location on the main street Medinah Road and close to airport gives added advantage.
