We came at 8 am no bakery and staff was not ready although it says they open 6 am!!!!

Very ordinary customer care. Went to Al Hijrah walk branch at 10 40 AM on Friday. I was with my 1 year daughter on pram and 3 years daughter. My daughter was trying to keep the door opened as it was little difficult for her and I need to enter with pram. The sales woman was looking just at a distance of 1 meter a d did not come forward to help. And the worst thing was when I entered she said we are closed...huh...and still there were 15 minutes...I don't know why they are not trained to deal with the customer but claimed to be Brand....bad experience...

The bakery is realy good, they have some nice coffee too but they need to improve the quality of the service ! First time I waited 10min at my table and when the waiter come for the order he didn't even apologies or say something, the second time was the worst I come to order at the cashier, the cashier look at me didnt say nothing I ask him if I can order he says yes but I'm busy. I waited more than 5 min in front of him he didn't told me nothing, I decided to leave without ordering. When you have a coffee shop and a bakery with a certain quality of product and high price like that, the minimum is to have a polite and professionnal staff. Realy disapointing.

To be fair I have tried the baked goods they have, which were fine. But it need more work. When having good croissants but not good fillings that is a big NO NO in bakery world. In addition to that microwaving any baked good will make it soggy and they must know that. At least have a toaster nearby to either heat to toast Croissant, bread, etc... The cheese croissants is good flaky but there’s only little cheese inside, I’m not saying fill it to the max but the value should match the portion of the food. Same with other ones too. The interior is decent and soothing. When it comes to service, more training is needed to improve it. Because it’s very slow. Lastly you should never tell a customer to wait for 15 minutes to take the order because of the prayer specially AFTER the prayer has ended. The prayer break should not last for over 30 minutes. I only would recommend if you have a lot of time to waste and wait. Other wise until they improve the service I will not come back.
