Faultless Hotel. Highly recommended as a stopover as its only a few miles from the motorway. Lots to see, charming town. We visited at Christmas time, great fun. (Might be true about the music but don't think it was particularly late). Thanks for a brilliant stay.

The hotel is beautiful and clean.. I faced a problem with payment, which is that the amount I booked through Tuwaiq Booking included fees and taxes, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was shown a higher amount of about 270 riyals (commission) and I raised the matter with Booking.. The other thing is that the hotel was fine, and I booked for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they never cleaned the room. The pretext is that the hotel is full, and the cleanliness is in demand. After sunset, I requested that yesterday. Unfortunately, I returned at 12 o’clock at night and they did not clean anything... I hope that there will be interest in the customer, especially on days of full power operation, to ensure a repeat experience from customers. Appreciation

Great hotel, especially the second floor, Mashallah.. The reception staff, Mashallah, treats them well. The receptionist, especially the employee (Abdullah), I saw his behavior at night. He is very nice. Give him wellness. He does not fall short, and if you ask for something from him, he will provide you with the request along if it is available. Mashallah. It is a very beautiful hotel in all respects. We will have another visit, God willing.

A clean hotel and all services are available around it. What you need is a car, groceries, laundry, a barber.. Parking is available in front and below.. The rooms are very clean and the smell is ??.. I came at the time of the season and did not get a room with two beds, so I took three beds and they calculated it for me at the price of the two beds.. The receptionist is helpful and helpful The worker is a martyr, God willing A unique experience, I recommend it, and God willing, I will return
