Excellent value of money. Lovely caring front desk staff (Adnan), gave me a complimentary upgrade. Very very close to Haram (2 min). Restaurant at first floor is excellent no need to go anywhere else Humayun bhai is a great host, he treated us just like his family members. House keeping department MR ARSHAD is working hard to make the guest happy. The owner of the property is lucky to such a lovely staff members. Definitely book this hotel again.

The collaboration of the hotel with Motawif as the organizing company voor the hajji could not be worse. I have never experienced a worse service level. People who have never met were put forcefully in the same hotel room. In all my travels I have never ever had such an experience. If you try to come to agreable understanding with the management of the hotel they point towards motawif. This is not in my view how a 5 star hotel should treat their guests.

The hotel is located outside gate # 6 of Masjid e Nabwi. There is a decent lobby with couches where I used to spend some time with fellow hajis. The rooms are decent too. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, with a view of Masjid e Nabwi. I had kahwa and dates. It was really nice. The meals were nice too. We had Indian meals served in lunch and dinner. Below the hotel, there is a small shopping center selling perfume, has a laundry, a cupping clinic, etc. It is a nice place to stay.
