I sent my entire baggage for drycleaning express service and they told me it will be ready by before 12 PM. Then when I called to ask for it, they said it'll be until 5 PM. After I complained, the supervisor calls me and tells me that their policy said until 6:30 PM. Then when I complained again, she told me 5:30.
The policy statement says that any laundry received after 9 AM will be ready 12 PM the next day. I gave mine 8 PM the day before.
Not being able to solve this issue on the spot is very bad for a hotel towards its guests. Especially in a hotel for business people.
Also, the receptionist, Sultan, added insult to injury by being rude in addressing my concern. The supervisor Basma did nothing to resolve it in any way, shape, or form. They didn't even bother offer a token of good will to apologize for the inconvenience.
This is definitely how you ensure a guest never comes back.
