Highly recommend this hotel for the price. Excellent customer service, clean and pleasant rooms; super comfy beds! They even threw free breakfast for me for my 5 nights there, Jzk. Reception & concierge are superb, what they state on their ads is exactly what they offer. Thank you Sheraton for giving me an excellent stay. September 2023.

Great Service! We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The overall service was very good. The staff were always cordial and helpful. Our housekeeper Saju Ahmed and his team was excellent at their service. He always made himself available whenever needed and kept our room nice and clean when we were away. The hotel is very close to the new extension of the Grand Masjid and can be reached by approx. 15mins walk. It would be nice if the hotel plays the Haram recitations and Azan in the room. During our stay that service was unavailable.

Located approximately 200meters west side of Haram on an elevated area. Beware of touts offering taxi service at ridiculous exorbitant rates fronting Sheraton Hotel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable with excellent housekeeping service. Reception was efficiently quick by well mannered personnel. Highly recommended simply for its reasonable rates and excellent service ?

Best food in town chef prepared nice food every day. Clean room. House keeping staff very efficient and friendly.
