Awesome experience. Room is comfortable. Lifts are good. Staff is courteous. People at reception are also kind. 5-10 min walk from Masjid E Nabawi. Area doesn't have any good restaurants nearby. Hotel lobby is good. Very good WiFi

Opposite to Jannat Ul Baqi, clean and tidy environment. Staff is well groomed. All facilities was perfect. Very near to Masjid Un Nabwi (Peace Be Upon Him)

The place and location is at my expectation, more over the reception is cooperative and supportive with an swift action to guest inquiry and requests. Especial thanks to the receptionist Mrs. AZIZH for her exceptional support, flexibility and courtesy. My thanks also extended to Mr, ALI for facilitating room reservations. Wish you all the bedt

Excellent location… very near to Haram. Well maintained by management. Stayed for 5 nights during Ramadan with group of elders and kids. Very helpful and attentive people @ reception. Car parking based on availability for 35 SAR per day.

Over all our experience is very good. Starting from reception, staff is very kind and helping, hotel is clean, Rooms are in very good condition and clean, bathrooms are little smaller than expectated but very well maintained and everything was functional. Raudhah is just 3 minutes walk from here. Single or with family, i m sure you will enjoy here. And yes they have parking but it is paid one. Luckily if you get parking by roadside that will be free but you have to pay money to park in their private parking but that is not too much for a safe parking.
