Awful experience - bathroom kept flooding after showers as the layout and drains are not build for purpose. Cockroaches in rooms. Outdated deco, not clean or fresh. Awful beds that gave me a bad back. Ques for lifts always, smells dirty. Bathroom was just a nightmare. Only plus was the location and everything was awful. Just wanted to leave the hotel.

Awful..booked through booking dot com..when there i was kept waiting for 10mins (not an issue given the season)…VAT was added on top the rate i was given (my mistake not to notice when i was booking the room). HOWEVER, i was given the room’s key to which i ascended the floors using the shoddy lifts!! Open the door and to my shook i saw two individuals sleeping in the room! Absolutely embarrassing..at the concierge i was not given another room option let alone receiving an apology for the abhorrent situation i was put into. Not recommending it, at least during peak seasons (under-managed)
