The cleaning staff & luggage helper were amazing. However, I didn’t like the room, the standard room felt so dark & gloomy, the bathroom shower was broken, The receptionist asks for feedback but doesn’t really wanna hear it, the first feedback I gave to the receptionist was that the bathroom shower needed maintenance it was spilling water from the sides, without even saying sorry about that or any sort of sentiment she looked away on her desk & completed my checkout & said “did you call them to have it fixed?” well one doesn’t go to a hotel to do plumbing inspection & wait for maintenance activities on first day, that defies the whole purpose of going into a hotel, receptionist staff needs more training on hospitality & quality assurance & how to listen to a feedback instead of making something like a broken shower (from day 1) the guest’s fault. I hope they get it fixed before the second guest come to use the room.
