The location is very nearby the airport. The housekeeping staff were helpful and very attentive.
The villa is not nearly up to it’s price, the villa’s are quite old and used. Maintenance on the villas are bad (the filters in the pools and the over top fan weren’t working properly).
The tables were scratched upon our arrival and we reported how unsatisfied we were to the reception as soon as we entered the villa.
Upon our check out they were blaming us for the scratches on the tables even though is was obvious that everything was already old and used, they refused to give us our deposit back claiming we were the ones who scratched the tables.
I have never been to a hotel were i was falsely accused like that it was very upsetting because we were all adults with no children. Furthermore when we asked to speak to the manager we waited for over 40+ minutes until he arrived and by that time we were late for our flight at the airport.
Even though we have stayed at radisson blue several times over the years in various countries and we have always enjoyed our stay with no complaints, but regarding this branch the management was very poor.
They gave us the deposit back in the end but i will never return to this branch in riyadh.
