Hotel staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Staff can even speak English. No towels in room and it took 2 days to get towels. Stayed for 5 nights and no room service at all. No one made up room even after hanging make up room tag and informing reception! Location is not easily accessible. Have to walk to main road to get cab. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone !

I advise to people never choose this hotel really worst. The front office guy Fadi charged me more then online gave me dirty room and then 3 times he changed my room. No room service no cleaning AC also was very bad condition No breakfast service totally worse than any other hotel on same street.
