Rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is cost friendly as compared to other hotel nead to Haram. Note, its a 10 minute walk to the hotel, but the route has slopes, not recommended for Families specially children and old people.

Very close to Haram. Clean room, especially the bathroom. Reception staff is very helpful and kind. Going yo stay here again.

Not recommended hotel. it’s only 10 minutes away but very hard to go to Haram specially for elder people because you have to steep the slope & it doesn’t worth the value of money. There’s no restaurant in the hotel to have anything. The room was not clean and dirty. The staff was ok and helpful they were available all the time.

Mercure hibatullah hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 100 meters away from Masjid Al Haram. Interior is good and well maintained. Providing a variety of accommodation types to meet all requirements. Affordable price and good service. Rooms are clean, spacious and in good condition. Rooms offer free WI-FI, flat screen TVs.
