Stayed here during our overnight tour in Israel. Buffet was excellent! Excellent customer service at the front desk lobby! Loved the souvenir stores right next to the hotel! Clean and a great place to stay!

We didn't really spend a lot of time at this room but it was definitely within good standards and the restaurant had good food the location is a little bit away from shopping or the center of town. But the is a few stores within the complex that are very nice and there's a nice bar downstairs as well.

Nice, clean, neat and comfortable. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Hotel has its own secure parking. We were able to check in early. The room was good. Could not access the safe though. The evening meal was a set meal, but we were not told what it was until served. I would check before sitting in future. Breakfast was a great choice from a buffet of European to local dishes. Short walk to good bus service. Hotel staff happy to help.

The Olive Tree Hotel is a best place to stay, I stayed there for 3 months and feel it as my home. All the hotel staff, especially (Miss Basma) the welcoming team member of reception is very respectful and cooperative.
