Novotel Dammam Business Park

Novotel Dammam Business Park Hotel is in a great location, with friendly staff, but needs some renovation.on I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. I was overall impressed with the hotel, but there are a few areas where it could improve. The hotel is located in a great location, between Dammam and Khobar. This made it easy to get to my meetings. The parking at the hotel is also good. I had no problem finding a spot to park my car. My room was quiet and comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, still using old plug types, but it was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the flexibility of the hotel. I needed to check in late, and they could accommodate me. I am also very thankful to Mrs Lina in the reception for her kindness. She was very kind and provided late check out and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was decent. There was a good selection of food and it was all fresh and tasty. Overall, I think the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, the staff is friendly and the location is great. Attended a meeting, Good hall, sound system not up to the mark, decent parking, food was average and items was less/taste also.

The location is not that good but the hotel is fine in cleanness and service, the check in is 3 pm so you need to consider to submit early check in reservation

The hotel and all the employees were very accomodating... Especially Shohul Hashim and turki I really appreciate them for there help and hospitality.

While staying at the hotel, I encountered an inconvenience due to scheduled maintenance that left me without water in the bathroom for a period. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had communicated this maintenance schedule in advance, allowing guests to plan accordingly. I hope they can improve in this aspect for a better guest experience."
