Great location to masjid ul nabawi Very un professional working staff. A staff knocked door loud at 3 am and then 3:20 am saying cab arrived to airport. We repeatedly told him clearly we have not booked taxi and we have one more stay. But he came back again disturbing sleep. I was with family and was feeling scared safety wise. When complained at reception in morning. They seemed fine that there would have been confusion. Which was shocking

If you are fond of smelling cigarette smoke then this hotel is for you. As non-smokers, our 2 days stay in this hotel was so terrible - people keep smoking even at 2 o'clock in the morning. Washroom is dirty. The window base outside is full of cigarette butts.

No Value for PAID. 325 paid for per night. No parking, poor service from reception, and employees.. not clean, no toothbrush and not see people to serve...I approach 8am in reception (man) he told me employees not available for provide soap.. available after 10 am only.. so second day I bought soap from outside..and bad smell .. garbage kept in walking way..

A sub-standard hotel and not recommended. I booked a room with 4 beds for me and my family, although we arrived at the hotel after the check-in time, but we got an unclean room and the bathroom had water leakage, and we found some underwear for those who were in the room before us, in addition to the fact that the air conditioning did not It was working. After complaining and talking to the reception for more than 30 minutes, we were moved to another room and found the same defects. It was not clean, the air conditioning did not work, and water leaked in the bathroom. We did not find any point in talking to them and calling the maintenance. We checked out the next day.

Very small rooms tiny bathroom their is no carpent in room. Just 2 electricity input in the room for tv and refrigerator and catel Their is no electricity beside the beds The only thing is good that is he besid Masjid
