The suite is spacious, very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff are smiley and helpfull. There is super market near by, a Starbucks also. The walking area leading to the masjid is very nice place to sit or walk around. RECOMMENDED

Nice good clean hotel little far from city but they provide shuttle service to Haram every hour 24/7. very beautiful mosque just 1 minute walk from the hotel, supermarket 3 minutes walk, good gym and breakfast was exceptional

If u come for umrah or hajj please please don’t come to this hotel bus service that comes with your package always arrives 30 mins late or sometimes never which causes you to make last minute decesions and claim 24 hour bus serve ice but only 1 or 2 buses arrive in a day and it is atleast a 30 min bus ride to the haram so if your thinking of praying every salah this is not a good choice because it is highly likely you would miss the salah and the few days we spent at the hotel we just called a taxi or used nearby hotel busses

Recently visited the hotel for the first time, and i would like to say thank you to all staff. Reception team, Room service, and chefs thank you all for the great service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also food were so nice, they had wide variety of food, and quality of food were fine. I would like to say thank you to chef Khatab for the nice food ?
