Check in staff were rude, messed up our booking. They were also rude when we asked to check in later than 12. However the manager and kitchen staff were very professional and accommodating. Hotel is clean, new and spacious but very far from al masjid al haram. Mixed feelings probably won’t return.

One of the worst services and hotels I have ever been. The staff are horrible especially a guy at the front desk called youssuf. In the booking we got 2 rooms and 2 beds in each room. We got 1 room with 2 beds and 1 bedrooms room with 1 bed. After asking to change the receptionist kept saying there weren’t any rooms after saying that my father’s a member of the hotel did they provide us a room. The bigger issue at hand is the uae flag was flipped and when I asked them to change it, it was still the same the next day.

Very bad experience. I dont recommend it to anybody 1-I booked A studio King bed, sofa bed & garden view. 2-When I arrived, the receptionist gave me literally the last room in the hotel (you must go around all rooms to get to the room) although i told him i have kids. 3- Room was not garden view, when I got back to him, he told me this is what we have!! Seriously!!! 4- lots of details like: lots lights are not working, no sponge in the bath, no spoon for the drinks....

It's ridiculous that they cancelled our booking (Confirmation: 72432824) without any valid reason, saying that we are busy and explore rate is no longer available, are you serious?? This booking was completely confirmed and was booked in advance and all of sudden they have cancelled my booking on last minute and ruined my trip. We are reaching to Marriott Head Office to complaint about your illegal cancellation of our booking.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean. The direct access to the mall is a good added bonus. Be careful though when you go there, the mall entrances and exits are a bit confusing and they all have tire destroyers. Update 16/4/2022 My initial review was 5 stars. But I’m updating it, because I made a reservation through Marriott Bonvoy app for Eid Holiday. The booking is confirmed and the rate was guaranteed, but to my surprise, they sent me an email saying that due to high occupancy they are cancelling my reservation and I have to make a new one at the higher rate. I really liked this property, but I’ll never go back there, because their management operates in bad faith and dishonesty.
