Room was not clean, I found bugs and cockroaches, I informed the hotel and they didn’t do anything about it, they claimed that cleaning supervisor will take care of it, but nothing happened. The room smelled really bad, and the air conditioner was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower door was also broken. We asked to change the room, but the reception told us that this room is one of the best. I can’t imagine how other rooms are like. My first night, I left 10 riyals as a tip to the cleaners, and to my surprise they left some garbage on the dresser, they didn’t do a good job cleaning, and they didn’t put a full set of towels in the bathroom. In the second day, I didn’t leave tip, and I was punished by someone smoking in the room, while they were cleaning. I cared less, as I was leaving the night after. I’m never staying in this hotel, and I recommend that you never do too. It was a horrible stay. I could’ve paid less for a nicer stay in nearby hotels.
