I stayed at Lilly Suites Hotel for one night on January 13th, 2021. I booked a two bedroom apartment through booking.com and the total for one night was 452, plus 100 SAR for added breakfast. Upon arrival and after paying, I asked when were the breakfast timings are and that's when I was told there's no breakfast. Had I not asked, I would've probably been charged that extra 100 with no breakfast provided. Breakfast was crucial for me and I was supposed to be informed so I can make a reservation somewhere else. This option should be removed from booking.com if it is no longer available. Once at the room, I was extremely disappointed at the state it was in. The carpet was filthy and so were some pieces of furniture. The fridge was not working and same goes for the stove. The water supply at the apartment was poor and it was cut at 10AM when we were supposed to check-out at 1PM. The general state of the apartment and its facilities was below expectations for the price I was paying.
