I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Le Méridien Riyadh. From the moment I arrived, the service was appalling. The concierge stared at me instead of assisting with our luggage, setting a negative tone for the rest of my stay.
My experience only worsened when I ordered room service. Despite clearly requesting a hot soup and well-done burger in both English and Arabic, I received lukewarm soup and a raw burger. The chef confirmed that the burger was undercooked, causing me unnecessary stress and wasting my time.
Furthermore, the pervasive foul smell in the lobby and the issue with non-flushing toilets in the rooms made the stay extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. The hotel's failure to address these basic hygiene concerns is unacceptable.
The quality of the food at the hotel was equally disappointing, with tasteless and stale offerings for both dinner and breakfast. The lack of seasoning and freshness in the dishes was a major letdown.
To top it off, when I voiced my concerns to the receptionist upon checkout, he did not seem to care about my negative experience. Overall, my stay at Le Méridien Riyadh was a complete disaster and I am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality at the hotel.
