Unbelievable, bad receptionist the guy very bad attitude can’t understand English as well, simply saying that if guest don’t like can leave hotel and like he is the paying rent or I am staying free of charges.
Receptionist should have best smile to handle and show respect, sooner or later once jeddah will have new face trust me no one will visiting this kind of hotel who don’t respectfully,
At night 2 receptionist guys are sitting on lobby area discussing their own home stories and reception no one so I have to request them please Sir come and handle this challenge.
Well I will be leaving today I can’t stay in this kindly hotel.
I suggest any one if u see the prices of this are same as 5Star business hotels. Go for best Not for this hotel
