Worst ever hotel, with Nonsense Staff, They dont know even the basic Norms of Hospitality Sector, I will strongly recommend not to visit this hotel ever

The rooms are very comfortable, the location is too far from jeddah center, about 40 min. Also there are no nearby services, i mean nothing can be reached by walking. The staff are friendly but need to be more flexible regarding the reservation and the invoices, so if you are travelling for business you should take care about this points.

قمت بالحجر صحي هنا My quarantine days were in oasis hotel Jeddah First destination in Saudi Arabia I Like the service The food is top everyday was clean , good taste Housekeeping were gentle , Room service was very helpful Really appreciate it ✅
