The hotel is fancy with comfy rooms. Even tho it is super close to Haram, you'll have to go to the FAR new extension, which can be a bit of a hassle. The service is okay, not extraordinary, but the place is well-kept. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're okay with the location trade-off.

Amazing hotel! Great location! Breakfast was amazing! House keeping service was questionable.. While their service was good every time we phoned in need of something they answered and came almost immediately, they didn't do a very good job at cleaning the rooms. Other than that, the stay was beautiful. There is also a masjid in the hotel which is considered part of the mataaf area.

Service, food and the condition of the hotel and rooms are great. However, it is quite a distance to get to the Mosque as they close off most of the entrances and direct you to the extension. Location is a key factor and there are probably better located hotels which will allow you to get into the Gharam.
