I am writing this review to express how disappointed I am. We booked an executive room for four nights a month ago, but unfortunately had to check out after staying for the first night. We had paid for the four nights in advance, and when we asked for a refund of the three nights, we were promised that the amount will be credited to our account within three weeks, but so far it has not, and after several attempts to contact the hotel, I decided to leave my review here in the hope that someone will read this and give us back our refund. We were initially very happy and grateful that the hotel would consider a refund, but are now very disappointed that they are completely ignoring our request. Had we known that this was going to happen, we would have stayed the entire four nights, because the money is not a negligible amount. I still have hope that someone will read this and take action. Thank you.
