Very poor, and they treat their guests like they’re thieves. At check in I asked them to block money on my card, so that when I check out I only have one bill, and not being sure how many days I would actually be staying. The guy on the desk then took the amount from my card 7 days, I put this down to him maybe just not understanding English as well as I’d thought. So rather than get annoyed I explained I might be leaving earlier than seven days. He said not to worry, when I check out I’d have meals and laundry, so the difference might work out. This wasn’t ideal, but I hoped it would work out, for the sake of my expenses. But, I then try to order some food, and they refuse to serve me, unless I pay up front!? I’ve already paid for the room, and potentially overpaid. I live in hotels for work, I’ve never, not once, been told I have to pay for meals up front!? This is a chain hotel, their should be global standards the chain adheres to, if this place claims to be a Hilton surely it should act like Hilton’s everywhere else? And other chains. Disgusting, won’t be staying here again.
