Relaxing stay it was! Very clean room and professional staff. Shout-out to Sultan Al Harbi for his great service, keep it up! It's approximately a 15 mins drive to Haram. Please provide shuttle bus service to and fro Haram. Many hotel guests that I met while waiting for cabs complained about the amount of time wasted on waiting for cabs or Uber from Hafawah Suites as many refuse to drive towards Haram due to the multiple road closure towards that direction.

good place. most not all of customer service are nice. i stayed for 17 days and internet was not good (comes and goes every 3-5 minutes) , spoke to front desk multiple times without response. if no internet problem which was essential for my work i will rank it 4.

Worst dealing experience..paid for 6 people breakfast and was told breakfast starts 6am..waited for about an hour but the cafe person initially didn’t agree to give since he was waiting for the cashier person to arrive and than he said he will make it ready and give us..waited again for about 20 mins after that he said he will take another 15 mins..We left since we had to catch flight and upon request the receptionist to refund, he said will talk to management but never responded back..very unprofessional dealing and upsetting scene that no one wants to deal

Very good place, stayed there for a night and it was a suite with everything in there from washing machine to small kitchen, the only thing missing was a restaurant. And there is a big mall right next to the place with all big shopping brands and restaurants.

Very good place, almost new, need to improve the quality of cleaning for the apartment, need restaurant for breakfast at least, but you can cook if you have time! Otherwise everything perfect location, parking, staff, reception 5 starts
