The hotel is clean and good! But ssldy the service is kinda bad..,I don't, like the service it's really slow and they say they will come fast and they come very late so I presume that you need to know your workers why they are late. Thank you

Everything was amazing at this hotel. It’s very fresh and modern. You can ask them to clean you’re room if you’d like but we only stayed 3 nights so it was OK.

The rooms were very very nice and spacious, especially for the price it was much better than staying in a traditional hotel. You’ll find mostly Arabs here from around this jazeerah, not many tourists which is fine with me. The hotel was nice as was front desk. The service needs improvement however. Anytime I would order something it would take a minimum of 30 minutes to reach my room. It is kind of far from the haram as well. Right next to jabal ohud. Lots of nice restaurants and places to eat in the area. The cafe downstairs is nice as well, but very expensive. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Good place to stay. There is no transportation. You should have a car or you have to take a taxi. 15 min away from haram by taxi.

Relaxing stay it was! Very clean room and professional staff. Shout-out to Sultan Al Harbi for his great service, keep it up! It's approximately a 15 mins drive to Haram. Please provide shuttle bus service to and fro Haram. Many hotel guests that I met while waiting for cabs complained about the amount of time wasted on waiting for cabs or Uber from Hafawah Suites as many refuse to drive towards Haram due to the multiple road closure towards that direction.
