I had one night with my family here , everything was perfect , only one thing that it made me mad and not comfortable at all ! Which is the mattress !! I couldn’t sleep due to this issue and i was awake till 4 am looking for a comfortable position that suits my back . Everything is nice but please change the mattress to make it amazing as 5* hotels

Respectable staff specially receptionists and supervisor. Good hospitality. 150 SR Deposit before accommodation but not for all guests which is very weird although they told me it is the place’s policy which is not true.

good place. most not all of customer service are nice. i stayed for 17 days and internet was not good (comes and goes every 3-5 minutes) , spoke to front desk multiple times without response. if no internet problem which was essential for my work i will rank it 4.

Below the expectations, The house keeping guy in floor 2 is very bad. He is not responding and arguing for any requests. Although they don"'t provide sufficient amenities and water for the residents. The Room size is awesome. The location is good by car. The reception people are good but not responding quickly and you need to chase many time. The price is average. The cleaning is average. Internet is very poor. Enough parking. Cellular coverage is low
