I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. From the moment of check-in, they assigned us a cramped room unsuitable for two people. After requesting a change, my medicines were lost in the process. Despite contacting reception over 10 times and expressing the urgency due to the seriousness of the situation, they failed to find them and provided no follow-up.
Additionally, when I complained about the absence of toothpaste and soap, their response was dismissive, stating that it's not standard to have them in the room. Communication among the staff was lacking, and they displayed rudeness and indifference. They mishandled important documents, losing my passport scan and, ironically, called me to bring my passport down after I had already complained about the situation.
Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested confirmation for a late check-out, as my flight was at night. Unfortunately, there was no communication on their part regarding this matter. Overall, the staff's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and indifference to guest concerns made this stay my worst hotel experience.
