Very Bad stay i am having! 1. They lied to me saying that their is water leakage and shifted me to another hotel on the day of check-in. 2. They checked me back into the hotel on day 2. 3. Promised me a nice room to compensate for this. Gave me a bad view room with barely side canal view and along with that the room wifi is working on and off. They kept on saying we can't shift you now as we are over booked.. Please don't take bookings of you cant handle. Horrible service

What a wonderful weekend we spent with my family since we booked the hotel with Hanna going through with a very smooth check in with Fatima till we get the late check out by Shaban who made our day by giving candies to our kids and also he gave them roses. Breakfast was a great addition to our reservation it was very nice. We spent some time around the pool which was nice. The room was clean and neat with a perfect view of the business bay canal. Your team ensured our return very soon to the hotel. Thank you for the amazing service.
