Hotel location is okay, not far and not near. Room space is good. Food variety is good Room service isn't the best (need more improvement for cleaning).

The location of the hotel is good its just 5-6 minutes walking to haram (no hills), the reception staff is good as well. Few things that can be improved are, mostly no one answers the call made from the room either to reception or house keeping etc, my room had problem with the ac even after informing the reception it was not fixed so had to go down and speak to them. Another issue here is the parking they charge 100 riyal per day. The rooms and washrooms are quite small and some of the rooms have the worst view from the window. The breakfast can be worked upon there is not much variety of food but still it can be improved. Wifi settings need to be worked upon, also the card system for the doors are outdated.

Room is spacious and beds are comfy though the bathroom needs maintenance the sink is partially clogged and the shower cabinet leaks water. The wifi works for 3 days only they say that's our plan provided which was the weirdest thing I've ever heard. Breakfast buffet is sub-standard. Booked from Booking and though I got some discount it was overpriced. Overall, I will probably not staying there again.

Positive: - Location is great, few minutes walk to the Haram. - Staff are friendly Negative: - Food is below average. - Housekeeping is disaster. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned although we asked the house keeping guy responsible for our room. We found in our room, multiple leftovers from previous guests such cigaret backs and cards !!!!
